Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the PrompterFlow Studio mobile and web applications operated by YouIn360 ("we", "us", or "our") at teleprompter.youin360.com.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it in full compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1).

2. Information and Permissions We Process

When you use PrompterFlow Studio, we interact with specific device sensors and local storage strictly to provide the teleprompter functionality:

• Camera Access: Utilized solely for rendering the live viewfinder on your screen and capturing your video recording onto your local device memory. We do not transmit video feeds to any remote server.
• Microphone & Audio Access: Utilized to record audio alongside your video and to power speech-tracking recognition. Speech recognition is processed through standard on-device and browser Web Speech APIs.
• Local Storage & IndexedDB: Your scripts, custom settings (speed, font size, mirror mode), and recorded video clips are saved directly in your device's persistent local sandbox. You can permanently erase all stored recordings at any time by clicking "Clear All" in the Studio Video Vault.
• Optional Cloud Scripts & Phone Remote (Pro): If you tap "Save to the cloud" or use the phone remote, the script text you choose to save, its title and the remote control state (play/pause, speed, font size) are stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, linked to your account and accessible only to you. You can delete any cloud script in the app, and deleting your account erases all of it.
• AI Script Assistant (Google Gemini API): If you choose to generate or refine a script using the AI Assistant, only the short topic or text prompt you provide is transmitted securely to the Gemini API endpoint. Voice recordings and videos are never sent to AI endpoints.
• Account (Firebase Authentication by Google): If you create an account, we store your email address, display name (when provided by Sign in with Apple or Google) and a user ID to sign you in and manage your plan. A per-account daily counter of AI generations is kept to prevent abuse. Signing in is optional for the core teleprompter.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time inside the app: open My Account → Delete Account. This removes your sign-in record and all account data stored on our servers. Recordings and scripts saved on your device stay on your device until you remove them. If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@youin360.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete it within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store account settings.

3. In-App Purchases and Payment Information

Transactions for PrompterFlow Pro passes (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime) are processed securely through Apple StoreKit (for iOS devices) and our subscription partner RevenueCat.

We do not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers or financial credentials. All billing information is retained securely by Apple under your Apple ID account terms.

4. Analytics, Cookies & Tracking

• No 3rd-Party Tracking Cookies: We do not sell your personal data or use cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.
• No Data Brokering: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties under any circumstances.

5. GDPR Compliance (European Union & UK Users)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you enjoy the following statutory rights under the GDPR:

• Right of Access & Portability: You can export your recorded videos and scripts directly from the app anytime.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You have complete control to wipe all stored scripts and local recordings instantly via the app settings.
• Legal Basis for Processing: We process minimal operational data based on contractual necessity (to deliver the software you requested) and legitimate interest.

6. LGPD Compliance (Brazil)

Em conformidade com a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018 - LGPD), garantimos aos titulares de dados o livre acesso, transparência e eliminação imediata de dados tratados no âmbito do aplicativo. Nossos serviços adotam medidas de segurança técnicas e organizacionais compatíveis com os padrões do mercado.

7. Children's Privacy

PrompterFlow Studio is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect software updates or legal enhancements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
